Here at Our Health Matters, we know that sometimes all it takes to change the world is a little support. 15-25 years before our founding in 2021, we have been determined to make an impact by helping the underprivileged with the maintenance and purging of negativity focusing on spirituality versus physicality. The core of our efforts is to bring our team’s fresh ideas and passion to the range of activities we’re involved in. Through all of our endeavors, we hope to display the conviction behind our beliefs regarding Energy work and Reiki in Portland. Our Energy Worker (and President) is a 3rd Generation Reiki Practitioner with over 30 years of experience! All services, products, and information provided will help heal rather than act as a "Western Band-aid." OHM assists the most severe Trauma, Mental Health disparities, as well as Addiction, and community crisis. Each client's needs will be assessed by our State Certified, trained professionals, and an individual treatment plan will be drafted upon intake to set goals and assess if we can help (or not), and this Treatment plan (TX plan) will be updated monthly. Our services range from Certified Reiki Healing/Therapeutics, Energy Clearing, Chakra reset, Reiki Massage, Certified Peer Mentoring- Certified Recovery mentorship Certified alcohol and drug council, Certified Naturopath, and holistic services, and neighborhood cleanup, Community sponsored events, Alternative herbal detox/maintenance, and titration from harmful substances like opioids and Alcohol especially. We offer Yoga Nidra for healing Trauma and Addiction as well as increasing Mental health stability by building the foundation with tools the client may take with them that are 100% free and do not require a prescription. We actually heal the client rather than ask them to keep coming back, we wish for you to be independent again, that is our overall goal, abstinence, and independence for the recipient. 

 

We have a huge variety of services such as Energy Clearing services/Energy clearing of property, (people, cars, Talismans and large equipment/ anything material or alive, plants animals, etc). We help with Reiki clouds daily for all

of our volunteers and clients.

Reiki is Japanese, meaning Universal Life Energy. Rei- Spiritual wisdom, Ki- life Energy (prana in Hindi, Chi in Chinese, or Ti in Hawaiian.) Reiki is effective for so many things (like some alt herbs) and used to pull trauma from within the Aethers of the soul and replace negativity, pulling it out (literally & spiritually) and replacing with divine healing flowers/grasses of newly seeded positivity. We clear all chakras and are able to enhance perceptions immediately upon life's questions (Who am I, Where did I come from, Where am I going).

Our protocols (have and) will continue to change Trauma, Mental Health, and Chronic pain through healing. Treatment of addiction using approved lab-tested Alternative herbs has and will continue to change recovery as we know. OHM continues to comply with federal and State Treatment regulations, using federally approved (100% Organic, lab-tested/Holistic) methods, Certified staff with proven efficacy and records while using lab-tested alternative herbal products with (mindfulness practices) to target ailments, zap them away, and alleviate all pain and depression while we heal the spiritual self (Vital body) while helping physical redemption/regeneration at the same time (Dense Body).

 

All symptoms in life are mostly spiritual. All forms of mental and Physical Pain can be treated with Reiki (& Yoga) to assist with the body and mind's acceptance of Chronic mental or Physical pain.
